Questions about an order, a size, or a colour? We're a small team, so you'll be answered by a person rather than a ticket system — usually within one business day.

Where is my order?
Send us your order number and we'll pull up the tracking.
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 5 –7 business days within Canada and the United States. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves us. Track it anytime at muvamuva.us/apps/tracking
I'd like to return or exchange something
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition, with tags and packaging.
Send us your order number and what you'd like to send back. For an exchange, the fastest route is to return the original and place a new order — that way your colour is reserved straight away. Full terms on Shipping & Returns.
Something arrived damaged or incorrect
Attach a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. You don't need to ship anything back first, and return shipping is on us.
Will it fit? How do I look after it?
Every product page carries that bag's own measured diagram under Product Information, and a Capacity panel showing it actually being packed. The Size Guide explains how to read the diagram.
