Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship to Canada and the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses.
Free shipping
Orders over $169 USD ship free. For Canadian orders, that is about $234 CAD. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your order reaches the threshold.
Shipping rates
Below the free-shipping threshold, shipping is a flat rate.
Charms and accessories only: $5.99 USD / $8.99 CAD
Any order with a bag: $9.99 USD / $13.99 CAD
Adding a charm to a bag never raises the shipping cost, because charms travel in the same box. Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Canadian orders are charged in Canadian dollars and U.S. orders in U.S. dollars.
Processing and delivery
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 5–7 days in transit. During holiday weeks and sale periods, packing can take an extra day or two.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Duties and taxes
Canadian orders include applicable taxes at checkout. For U.S. orders, any duties or import fees are calculated and shown at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
