Shipping rates
Orders over $169 USD ship free.
That's $234 CAD for Canadian orders. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your order reaches the threshold.
Below the threshold, shipping is a flat rate:

Adding a charm to a bag never raises the shipping cost — charms travel in the same box. Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Canadian orders are priced and charged in Canadian dollars; U.S. orders in U.S. dollars. U.S. shipping covers the contiguous United States.
Processing & delivery
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days, then take 5–7 days in transit to Canada or the United States. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
During holiday weeks and sale periods, packing can take an extra day or two. We'll say so on the homepage if that happens.
Duties & taxes
Canadian orders include applicable taxes at checkout. For U.S. orders, any duties or import fees are calculated and shown before you pay — there is nothing to settle on delivery.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition, with tags and original packaging.
- Email us with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please use a trackable shipping service.
- Once your parcel arrives and passes a quick check, we refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover it — see below.
Orders with free shipping. If your order shipped free and you return all of it, or enough that the items you keep no longer meet the free-shipping threshold, we deduct the standard shipping rate that would have applied from your refund: $9.99 USD ($13.99 CAD) for orders with a bag, or $5.99 USD ($8.99 CAD) for charms only. For example, if you return a $169 order that shipped free, your refund is $169 − $9.99 = $159.01. This does not apply to damaged or incorrect items.
Discounted orders. Refunds are issued for the amount you actually paid for each item after discounts. Discount codes are single-use and are not reissued after a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order — that way your new colour is reserved straight away rather than waiting on the return to land.
Not eligible
Final-sale items, and anything used, washed or altered, can't be returned. Charms can be returned if unused and still in their packaging.
Something arrived damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. You don't need to ship anything back first.
